Steps to Reset the Drum Counter
Turn the printer on
Open the front cover where you access the cartridges
Press and hold the OK button for about 2 seconds until Drum Unit appears on the display
Press OK again
Press the Up arrow key to select the reset option
Close the front cover once the screen shows accepted
